Can merchandise be returned?
If you are dissatisfied with your personalized items, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly. If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly replace the damaged or defective item. 
 
Your order is specifically made for you, and therefore MarryTime cannot accept returns or refunds of personalized products if the dissatisfaction is not due to an error by MarryTime.

Use the "Products" menu to browse through our catalog by category

Can I order matching cards (RSVP, reception etc.) for invitations?

Yes, please look at the "Matching items" for invitation that you choose.

Then select the relevant paragraphs in the block "Build your suite".

Can I order a sample of a specific product?

Click "Order Sample" when you select an invitation or another printed product.

How can I personalize a specific product?
We print the text on invitations in any language!
 
Please click "Personalize it", when you select an invitation or another printed product. Then enter your text or choose the text template and correct it.
 
You will receive a free proof from your designer within 24 hours of receiving your payment. Once you approve your proof, printing will begin.

Can I pay with credit card?

Yes, please choose the payment method "paypal/credit card".

Then press "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" or also you can pay through your PayPal account.

 

I have the bank card in another currency, can I pay?

  Yes, when you'll pay, the money written off in your currency at the exchange rate of the USD.
